Terms and Conditions

Both parties shall ensure full confidentiality, starting with the quotation.

The translation process starts from the moment a PO is sent, a full or partial payment is made or a contract is signed, depending on each case.

The “quote” has informative role only and is free of charge. The customer is not obliged to continue with the translation request. Once the customer has decided to continue with the translation, “Hi! All Languages Translations” will not modify the costs.

Once the customer has decided to continue working with “Hi! All Languages Translations”, a signature on these Terms and Conditions is required, and this means that the customer is aware of the two parties’ obligations and rights.

“Hi! All Languages Translations” will follow the customer’s instructions related to the files to be translated.

“Hi! All Languages Translations” is obliged to provide files translated by professional linguists.

“Hi! All Languages Translations” will provide the translated file on the agreed date.

For claims, the customer has the right to contact “Hi! All Languages Translations” within 24 hours from receipt of the translated file. “Hi! All Languages Translations” will then review the claim and, if required, will make any necessary changes on that translated file. Another proofreader shall carry out this job. If the customer is proven to be right, “Hi! All Languages Translations” will pay for this job. If the customer is proven to be wrong, the customer shall pay for this job.

If the customer does not contact “Hi! All Languages Translations” within 24 hours from the receipt of the translated file, it is understood that the customer is satisfied with the translation and no claim shall be accepted.

Prices are in EUR, GBP, USD or RON, as requested by the customer.

For other currencies, the exchange rate will be taken from XE Currency Converter on the appropriate day.

NO VAT SHALL BE APPLIED.

Discounts may be applied for long-term collaborations.

Payment shall be made within 14 days from the date of invoice.

For long-term collaborations, payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Yet, prior written agreement is required.

For your first order, a 100% advance payment shall be required.

For large volumes, a 50% advance payment shall be required (in case of long-time collaborations).

The payments will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal.

The customer shall send the proof of payment in advance by e-mail or fax.

Payments shall be made without deduction or set-off of bank charges.

The minimum charge is EUR 50 (for other currencies, the equivalent).

In the event that payment has not been received, a charge of EUR 75.00 will be applied after 45 days and EUR 150 after 60 days.

If non-payment, legal action shall be taken. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

“Hi! All Languages Translations” shall not be responsible for your loss of profits, contracts or anything related to your business.

The customer is fully responsible for the text sent to “Hi! All Languages Translations”, including but not limited to Copyright. “Hi! All Languages Translations” shall not be responsible for indirect Copyright infringement.

Both parties are allowed to terminate this agreement once the services were provided and the payments made.
